Enter the Kace Service Portal Website in the browser URL address bar -https://support.trinity.edu/

Login in to Kace with your Trinity University Network credentials (without the @trinity.edu)

Create the Ticket Issue

Click AT/ITS Help Desk Tab (located on the left sidebar)

Click on New tab>New Ticket From Queue>select AT Issues

Change the Requester
-
Complete all highlighted (required) fields. ****be sure to select ‘atsupport’ under assigned to field***

Change the requesters name to the person who called in the issue (be sure to get the Professors name and department)

Input all Requester Information and Issue to the ticket

Always select ‘atsupport’ under Assigned To field>click save
