Introduction

Philo can be accessed from the following URL: trinity.philo.com. The Philo app is available on Apple and Android devices. Philo is only available on-campus.

Step 1 Philo email and temporary password

In your Tmail account search for an email from Philo. Enter welcome@philo.com in the search field. (See first image)

Copy the temporary password and click the Finish Account Creation button. This will take you to the Philo website. (See second image)

Enter your trinity email account and paste the temporary password. Click Login. (See third image)

Step 2 Verify email address

Check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box. Then click the Next button. (See first image)

You will need to verify your email. Click the Verification Email Resent button. (See second image) Go back to your Tmail and look for another email from Philo.

Return back to your Tmail and click the verification link in the Philo email. (See third image) You will then be taken back to the Philo website. We will then change your temporary password to something you will remember in the future.

Step 3 Change temporary password

In the upper right corner click on the gear icon. Then click Settings. (See first image)

Paste the temporary password that Philo gave you in the email in the Old Password box. Enter a new password in the Change Password and Confirm Password boxes. Click Change Password button. (See second image) Now your all set! Enjoy!
