Introduction
Step 1 - 2. Create a YouTube channel that allows 15+ minute videos.
Step 3 - 4. Create a TechSmith Relay account and download and install TechSmith Relay.
Step 5. Create a video with TechSmith Relay and upload to YouTube.

Since Trinity is part of Google Apps we automatically have a YouTube. Easiest way to activate it is to go through our Tmail account. So open up your Tmail account.

At the top right click on the Grid icon, then click More and select YouTube. (first image)

Since you already signed into your Tmail (Gmail) you will automatically be signed in to YouTube. If not, Sign in and enter your Trinity Tmail account info.

Click on your Tmail account up at the top and click the Gear icon. (second image)

Click on View additional features. (third image)

Click Enable. This will allow you to upload longer videos longer than 15 minutes. (first image)

Select Text me the verification code and enter your mobile phone number. Then click submit. (second image)

Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone and click Submit. (third image)

If everything was entered correctly you will get a Verified message.

In your browser open a new tab and in the URL type capture.trinity.edu. (first image)

In the Username field type your trinity username without the @trinity.edu. And in the Password field enter your password you use to login to a computer.

Click on Default - YouTube Account for Users (second image)

In the Username field enter your Tmail account and in the Password field enter your Tmail password. The drop down menu for Privacy allows you to change how your videos will be hosted on your channel. Info on Video privacy settings. You can change settings for specific videos in YouTube. Click Save. If everything is ok you will get the Account saved message. (third image)

Hover the cursor over Download Recorders and select your Operating System. Download will start automatically. Locate and install Camtasia Relay software. (first image)

Enter your trinity user name without the @trinity.edu. Enter your password you use to log in to a computer. Click Log in. (second image)

Toggle between the Audio, Display, and Camera settings for your video preferences. For the Profile select User YouTube Account. The Audio icon should be green if you want to record audio. Click the big red record button when ready. (third image)

Click the stop button when your done with your recording. (first image)

Use the Trimming button to trim the front or end of the video. Click the play button to preview the video. Enter a Title and Description for your video. Click Submit when ready. (second image)

You will receive a notification message in your Tmail account that the video is ready to be viewed. Keep the computer that you used to record your video powered on until you receive this message (if you turn your computer off, your video may not finish processing). For longer videos it will take longer to process.

To view this video you can follow the link in the email, go to your YouTube channel, or go to capture.trinity.edu to see your Presentation list. (third image)
